Body: We all struggle from time to time with our bodies! We want to lose weight. We don't feel well. We have little or no energy. We are frustrated with "diets" and fitting in time to exercise. We are so confused with "healthy" food choices? "Gluten free" "Keto" "Intermittent fasting" "Indigenous Diet" What is the latest fad diet? And who has time to prepare healthy meals anyway? Grab and go!! Eat on the run!! Fast food!! Who feels like exercising after a long, hard day at work or after being home all day with the kids? We all know what we "should" do, but who cares?

Mind: What thoughts come into your mind that you ruminate upon? Fears? Anxiety? Can you control your thoughts, or do your thoughts control you? Do you worry about the future? Struggle with guilt from the past? Do you have regrets? What are your hopes and dreams?

Spirit: Are you utilizing your unique gifts and talents to the best of your ability? Are you comparing yourself to others or doing the creative best you can with your own life? What motivates you to get up every morning? What is your life's purpose? Why are you here? Are you making a difference in the world?

Remember Ralph Waldo Emerson said: "Life is a journey, not a destination." Take the first step to transforming your life and feeling fabulous every day!

Did you know that the two most effective forms of exercise for improving brain health are Tai chi and ballroom dancing? The primary function of the brain is to move the body, so when we take a risk and learn something new, we are essentially doing "cross-fit brain training." Our brains interacting with series movements such as learning a routine,  patterns, or dance choreography, improves brain function especially in the areas known as SMACK: Strategic planning, Memory/recall, Analytical thinking, Creativity/imagination, and Kinesthetic learning.
