What is Dance Fitness?

 

Combining Ballet exercises, yoga, stretching, and core work, this class is designed for the adult who has always wanted to take ballet classes! We will work on basic ballet technique, strengthening, flexibility, and balance exercises so that we can age a little more gracefully. This is a class designed to help adults stay active and fit, protecting our bodies from injury, while having fun! 

Dress Code for Adult Dance Fitness classes: Comfortable workout clothing including: Any color leotards, tights/leggings, jazz/yoga pants, shorts, sports bra, tank/tee shirts, warm-ups, barefoot or ballet/jazz shoes or socks. Please no baggy sweats. 

Feel free to bring your own yoga mat, pillow, Thera-band, and/or towel. Try a free class, just use the contact form for more info.
