As many people as there are in the world, there are that many diet options. We will work together to discover what changes you need to make to your diet to energize you all day long, and have you feeling your best. Are you including movement in your daily routine? Studies have demonstrated that even as little as 15 minutes/day of focused, intentional movement has significant health benefits. Why not try something new, like dancing, yoga, or Tai Chi? Exercise can help lower stress levels and anxiety, and increase the “feel good” hormones, improve balance, and flexibility. How stressed out are you on a regular basis? Are you adding to an already stressed out lifestyle by exercising in the wrong way? How do you relax and unwind? Do you have sleep issues? What are your goals in life? What does your mind focus on?
